Facial Cupping the new name of Beauty!

Facial Cupping the new name of Beauty!

It boosts lymphatic drainage, circulation and collagen production, smooths fine lines, relieves puffiness and dark circles, and so much more…

Ladies (and gentleman) it is the Facial Cupping the new name of Beauty!

Cupping is an ancient practice that supposedly increases blood flow and helps sore muscles heal. Practitioners create a vacuum inside a bulbous glass jar and suction it to the skin to draw blood to the surface. Often times it leaves big bruises on the treatment area.

Facial cupping is a little different. It is a wonderful, relaxing, non-invasive way to get youthful-looking skin and reduce puffiness. It increases blood flow, it tones and tightens and it helps with lymphatic drainage, fine lines, fat pad depletion, and under-eye circles. The treatment makes skin look plumper and more youthful.

Facial cupping works by using suction to pull the facial muscles promoting circulation, while draining fluid that’s collected in the face and reducing puffiness.

Before starting, the face skin should be clean, exfoliated, and moisturized. The special cup is pressed to the skin creating a vacuum that sticks the cup to the face, picking up the skin underneath. Then the cup is dragged along the skin in a particular pattern. The position of the cup gets changed after each stroke. During facial cupping, it’s important to always keep the cups moving. That’s how you get the massaging action and prevent bruising.

But, the bad news is that the face cupping elevates the risk of broken capillaries and despite the cosmetic and relaxation benefits of the facial cupping that are awesome, they may not be worth for those with red marks.
