Homemade banana masks

The banana hydrates the skin profoundly. It is rich with vitamin A, which repairs the skin.

If you bought bananas and you didn’t eat them, then you can use them to make some homemade masks.

  • 1 mashed banana
  • water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey

Mix the ingredients in order to obtain a homogenous paste. Apply the mask and let it sit for 15 minutes. Rinse it with a lukewarm water.

 

  • A banana mask to nourish the skin. This mask is very easy to make. You simply need a mashed banana and you apply it on the face, so you can benefit from its virtues. You let the mask sit for 20 minutes and you rinse it with a lukewarm water.

 

  • A banana hair mask. If you have a dry hair and you want to revive it, you need to try this banana hair mask, in order to nourish and hydrate the scalp. To repair the hair, it is not sufficient to apply the mask on the hair, but you should also apply it on the scalp. To prepare this mask, you will need:

 

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

You mix the ingredients in order to obtain a homogenous paste. You let the mask sit for 30 minutes. You wash your hair with a mild shampoo.

You scalp will be very well hydrated and nourished and your hair will be shiny.
