- A refreshing mask. This is the best anti – stress mask, which you can prepare before going to bed, in order to have a fresh skin in the morning. To prepare it, you will need:
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon of avocado
- Witch hazel water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 egg yolks
- 6 tablespoons sunflower oil
Mix the ingredients by the same order, so you get a homogenous paste. Apply the mask and let it sit for 20 minutes. Rinse with a warm water afterwards.
- Hydrating mask. To hydrate the grey, tired and stressed skin, you need to try this mask. To prepare it, you will need:
- One half of mashed avocado
- Honey
- Two large spoons of cream
Mix the ingredients in order to obtain a homogenous paste. Apply the mask and let it sit for 20 minutes. Rinse it with a warm water afterwards.
